PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME.Yes it's wordy, but it saves both me AND you a lot of confusion and headaches.

All payments will be handled through PayPal invoice.
1) Client must be 18+ to use a PayPal account. If the client is found to be underage, the commission will be cancelled and refunded.
2) Prices lower than $50 must be paid in full before the commission is undertaken.
3) Prices of $50 and higher must pay 50% of the total cost before commission is undertaken.
4) All payments must be marked as "Services" and NOT as "Goods" or "Gifts".Client must provide clear visual references and/or detailed description of the commission details.
1) Changes to commission will require a $5 fee per edit.
2) Additional characters will require a 10% additional fee.
3) Drastic changes to the commission, after completion, will be counted as a new purchase.
4) Cancellation of commission will be refunded 25% of the total cost.
5) If the client cancels during/after the colouring or final rendering phase of the piece, they will not be refunded.
6) The artist retains the right to alter or reuse initial concept art/poses for further commissions or personal works.The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
1) Client will not harass, abuse or otherwise discriminate against the artist at any time.
2) Client will respect the artist's personal commitments and delays to the commission.
3) Poor correspondence after two weeks will incur a cancellation of the commission.
4) Client will respect the artist's decision to complete commissions in whatever order they choose.
5) Client will not share personal correspondence or discussion of commission details.
6) If the client is found to be lying about their age re. 18+ and NSFW concent, the commission will be cancelled and refunded in full.The artist has the right to refuse any commission that depicts hateful imagery or blatant discrimination.
1) Depictions of rape, sexual harassment and non-consent will be turned down, no exceptions.
2) Depictions of sexual activity involving minors will be turned down, no exceptions.
3) Depictions of hate speech and/or religious/politically motivated violence will be turned down, no exceptions.
4) Depictions of violence, gore or torture will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.The artist reserves the right to refuse commissions depicting copyrighted characters.
1) Depictions of other artists' characters will need to be discussed with those artists beforehand.
2) Depictions of the artist's own characters will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
3) Sexual depictions of the artist's own characters will be turned down, no exceptions.The artist will post regular updates on the progress of commissions as necessary.
1) Client may inquire as to the details of their commission.
2) Excessive questioning or requests regarding the commission may be classed as harassment and may incur a cancellation of the commission.The artist retain rights to display the finished work on personal websites, galleries, blogs or portfolios.
1) If the client requires the commission to remain private, they will discuss this with the artist beforehand.[The artist retains all rights to the commissioned art.]{00eeff}
1)The client retains all rights and copyrights to characters/subjects, unless character is the legal property of a third party.
2) Character and logo design commissions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
3) The artist retains the rights to the original piece including rights to sell prints and copies of the commissioned art, although the artist will discuss this with the client on a case-by-case basis.
4) The client may not make prints or copies of the commissioned work for profit of any kind, including but not limited to: stickers, prints, etc. Logos may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
5) The commission shall be used by the client only and will not be re-posted without the artist's approval.
6) The commission will not be cropped, edited or altered outside of the client's avatars or personal use including but not limited to: stickers, prints, etc (of which will be created for NON-PROFIT purposes).The client must provide proper credit to the artist.
1. Credit may be given in the form of a name, username and/or a link to the artist's gallery or personal website.
2) The artist retains the right to request the piece be taken down from the client's online site or gallery at any time.
